| A wide-viewing window with a built-in SC56 filter allows viewing 2 mini-gels vertically and 3 horizontally simultaneously. Observing from directly above allows accurate cutting of even narrow bands. The built-in filter is highly efficient as a sharp-cut filter for image recording. |

Clear Gel Image with a Light-Absorbing Structure. The filter is tilted forward to let light escape from the back and ceiling, while the camera door blocks light from the front. This ensures reliable and efficient gel cut-out with Pict-Labox. |
| Convenient Double-Doors and Click-Hinge The double door makes it easy to open/close while holding the gel. Click lock damper hinges keep it open while at work and completely block out light with no gap when closed. |

Incisions in the side walls provide ample workspace. With the slit on both sides, gel cutting can be done quickly by stretching your elbows to the side. It has a surprisingly large workspace despite its small size. |
| Compatible with most UV/LED Transilluminators. Pict-Labox can be used on top of most fluorescent excitation light sources if it has a more than 220 mm wide surface with no projections. (Smaller sizes may be fit inside the box) |
