Terms and Conditions
1Prices

Unless otherwise specified, all prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

2Additional Fees

Unless otherwise specified in the quotation, shipping charges, VAT,
import duties, service fees, and similar charges are not included in the product price.

3Order Confirmation

After we receive your order request, we will send you an order confirmation email showing the total amount, including shipping charges. Your order will be finalized
after we receive your reply confirming the order details.

4Quality

We make every effort to maintain consistent product quality.
Please inspect the delivered items upon receipt and compare them with the shipping documents. If you find any issue, please notify us within 48 hours after delivery.

5Return Policy

In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we will respond promptly in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

If you receive a defective product or an item damaged during shipping,
please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description of the problem.
A photo would be appreciated.
In such cases, we will either replace the product or issue a refund,
and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

6Remedies and Limitations

If any product fails to perform as warranted, or if any other claim arises from the purchase of products from us, our liability and your remedy shall be limited, at our sole discretion, to either replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.

7Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not be accepted.
This is especially true for made-to-order, custom-cut, or special-order products.
If cancellation is exceptionally accepted, cancellation or handling charges may apply.

8Currency and Bank Charges

Unless otherwise specified, all prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Any bank charges, exchange rate differences, or conversion fees
are the responsibility of the customer.

9Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our products or from delays in shipment or delivery.
Our total liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

10Export Compliance

The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable export, import, customs, and local regulations in the destination country. Products may not be exported, re-exported, transferred, or used in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Payment Options
1PayPal

PayPal is a convenient way to pay by credit card.
We will send a PayPal invoice to your email address.
You can then follow the instructions in the invoice to complete the payment by credit card. You do not need to create a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card.

2Bank Wire Transfer - Advance Payment

We accept payment by bank wire transfer.
Please note that any remittance fees charged by your bank must be borne by the sender, and the full invoiced amount must be received in our account.
Our bank information will be provided in the quotation or order confirmation email.

3Bank Wire Transfer - NET 30 Terms

NET 30 terms may be available only to the following U.S. institutions:

  • Schools and educational institutions
  • Government and municipal offices
  • Public or incorporated administrative institutions
  • Hospitals and medical institutions
  • Listed companies
  • Companies that meet our internal credit criteria

Please note that NET 30 eligibility may be limited depending on the organization, the order amount, or the product type. All made-to-order products must be paid in advance.

Shipping Information
1EMS (Japan Post) or Yamato/UPS Services

We ship our products worldwide.
Most items are shipped from Japan by EMS (Japan Post) or Yamato/UPS services.
Delivery time depends on stock availability and the shipping destination.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so that you can track the package through the carrier's tracking system.

2Shipping via Customer Courier Account

If you have an account with a courier such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS and
would like to use your own account for shipping, we can usually arrange that.
Please provide your courier account information when placing your order.

3Shipping Cost

The shipping cost varies depending on the product, quantity, and destination,
and will be quoted at the time of quotation or order confirmation.

4Lead Time and Delivery

Estimated lead times and delivery times are provided for reference only.
Actual shipment and delivery may vary depending on stock availability,
production schedules, carrier conditions, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5Shipping Terms and Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are arranged from Japan and
are subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.
Risk of loss or delay in transit shall be governed by the agreed shipping arrangement
and the carrier's handling procedures.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

6Taxes and Import Duties

Because our products are shipped from Japan, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or similar charges may be imposed in your country. We cannot determine in advance whether such charges will apply or how much they will be. Any customs duties, taxes,
or related charges are the responsibility of the recipient. In many countries, you will receive a notice from the local carrier or customs office if payment is required.
