š AR film should be applied to both the front and back of the glass for full effect. The reflectance of a transparent object such as glass is about the same on the front and back, 4-5% on one side and 10% total on both sides. AR film reduces this to about 0.5% on each side, so if you put it on both sides, you can reduce it to 1% (one tenth), but if you only put it on one side, 5.5% (about half) remains. Although one side is also effective, it is best to apply it on both sides. |

Not recommended for use with Multi-layered glass (double/triple glazing
glass) In the case of double-glazing, such as paired glass with two or more layers for the purpose of heat insulation or soundproofing, it is necessary to apply AR film on all surfaces (four surfaces in the case of double-glazing). This is not practical and we do not recommend. |

Measurement condition; Double-sided application of SGAR on 3mm float glass (In accordance with JIS A 5759) ¡ Shielding Coefficient: Relative value for the amount of heat entering a room from solar radiation. When 3mm float glass (with no AR film) is set at 1.00, this is the value when the film is attached to the glass. ¡ Thermal Conductivity: It indicates the amount of heat per square meter that can be conducted in one hour when the temperature difference between the two sides is 1‹C. ¡ Solar Heat Acquisition: It indicates the amount of heat that flows into a room when the film is applied to 3mm float glass. The smaller this value is, the less solar heat flows into the room.
