Compatible Size List for Eyepieces and Ocular Micrometers
Check the eyepiece model first, then select the correct ocular micrometer diameter.
Ocular micrometer compatibility depends on the microscope manufacturer,
the eyepiece model and the internal retaining structure. The field
number printed on an eyepiece,
such as 10x/22, is
not the micrometer diameter.

How to Check the Compatible Size
In most cases, the compatible ocular micrometer size is not printed directly on the eyepiece. Please identify the manufacturer and the exact eyepiece model name or part number.
- Remove or lift the eyecup if the model number is hidden under it.
- The field number, such as 22 in 10x/22, indicates field of view, not glass diameter.
- Some eyepieces require a retaining ring, holder or manufacturer service.
- For uncertain models, please send a clear photo of the eyepiece marking and retaining structure.
